Mary L. Rhodes is an associate in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group at Capell Vishnick LLP. Ms. Rhodes concentrates in the area of estate and trust administration.

Ms. Rhodes is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Rhodes received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2004 and received a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University’s College of Management, graduating summa cum laude in 1999.

Ms. Rhodes is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association where she is a member of the Surrogate’s Court Committee, a member of the New York State Bar Association where she is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law sections, and a member of the American Bar Association where she is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust sections.

Ms. Rhodes is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
