will be presenting a seminar entitled "Tax Wise Giving
Opportunities; A Time to Give" on Wednesday, April 30th at
11:00 a.m. at the BNY Melon on Franklin Avenue in Garden City.

Chris Deziel will be
speaking on the topic of "Enhancing Your Practice with
Fiduciary Accountings" at the Lorman Education Services
Accounting for Estates and Trusts in New Jersey seminar. The
seminar will be held on Friday, June 27, 2008 in Cherry Hill,
New
Jersey.
Appointments
Joseph G. Milizio
was appointed
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Multiple
Sclerosis Society-Long Island Chapter. Joe also serves on the
Society's Executive Committee , Governance Committee and the MS
Walk Committee.
Andrew A. Kimler
was recently added to the court's roster of mediators in the
Queens County Supreme Court, Commercial Division Mediation
Program.

Capell Vishnick is a proud sponsor of the
WAMS Luncheon
(Women Against MS) . The Luncheon will be held on Thursday,
April 17, 2008 at the Carlyle on the Green in Bethpage State
Park. Capell Vishnick is a long time supporter of the Long
Island Chapter and works with the Chapter and the community to

FREE ESTATE PLANNING SEMINAR
Joseph G. Milizio
will be giving a seminar on Estate Planning
for the LGBT Community. The seminar will be held on Saturday,
June 21, 2008 at the Walt Whitman Birthplace and State
Historical Site, 246 Old Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station,
NY from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Joseph Trotti
has been elected President of the NYC Community Education
Council. As president, Joseph will lead the council in serving
as a liaison between parents and the Department of Education.
The council holds monthly meetings to promote the achievement of
educational standards and objectives relating to the instruction
of students in the district's public elementary, intermediate
and junior high schools.
Joseph Trotti
is on the Board of Directors for the FHYAA (Forest Hills Youth
Athletic Association). The FHYAA is dedicated to providing
organized athletic programs for the youngsters of the Forest
Hills, New York community.
