admitted into the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court (TRAIC)*,
which works to promote ethics and excellence in legal advocacy
among all legal professionals on Long Island. Toward helping the
organization fulfill its mission, Mr. Milizio and other TRAIC
members will speak to the entire group on the topic of
Religious Freedom and Gay Rights. “This is an important
opportunity to discuss how people of alternative lifestyles may
not experience the same protections under the law,” says Milizio.
“Given the pending litigation for gay marriage in Albany, this
is a timely and relevant topic for the legal community.”

Bernie McGovern and
Morris Sabbagh have been
accredited by the Department of Veteran's Affairs for
preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for
veteran's benefits before the Department of Veteran's Affairs.
Joseph Trotti
has been elected President of the NYC Community Education
Council. As president, Joseph will lead the council in serving
as a liaison between parents and the Department of Education.
The council holds monthly meetings to promote the achievement of
educational standards and objectives relating to the instruction
of students in the district's public elementary, intermediate
and junior high schools.

is on the Board of Directors for the FHYAA (Forest Hills Youth
Athletic Association). The FHYAA is dedicated to providing
organized athletic programs for the youngsters of the Forest
Hills, New York community.
