Avrohom Gefen is an associate in Capell Vishnick’s Litigation Practice group specializing in commercial and employment litigation. Mr Gefen’s litigation experience includes representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters.

Mr. Gefen received his Juris Doctorate in 2003 from Fordham University School of Law. While attending Fordham, Mr. Gefen was a member of the Fordham University International Law Journal and a board member of the Moot Court. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Touro College in 1999, where he was the recipient of the Touro College Political Science Award.

Mr. Gefen is a member of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the Queens County Bar Association.

Mr. Gefen is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
