One of Capell Vishnick’s main areas of practice is civil litigation and arbitration. Our attorneys have extensive experience in representing clients before state and federal Courts at both the trial and appellate levels. We are also experienced in representing clients before the American Arbitration Association and other forums for alternative dispute resolution. Our firm represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, such as corporate, business and real estate matters. Because we are sensitive to the cost concerns of small businesses and individual clients, our attorneys always discuss with our clients the merits of pursuing a case against the likely costs. Thus, our role generally begins with exploring the possibility of a resolution. If a dispute cannot be amicably resolved, then our representation continues through all phases of pre-trial, trial and, if necessary, appellate proceedings.
